Chuck Dorfman graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 1993 with cum laude honors. While in law school he concentrated on the trial skills program. Chuck's undergraduate degree is in engineering from the University of Central Florida.

Chuck began his legal career as an assistant public defender in the 18th Judicial Circuit for Brevard County, Florida. As an assistant public defender he tried a variety of criminal matters to verdict. Chuck furthered his legal skills when he worked for a large litigation defense firm in South Florida. His practice at that time included medical malpractice, employment discrimination and other tort matters including the class action breast implant litigation. Chuck returned to Brevard County in 1996 and joined forces with Ken to form Weaver & Dorfman, P.A.

Chuck's practice includes representing individuals who have been injured, employees who have been discriminated against and family law matters.
