Ken Weaver is a graduate of Princeton University and the Creighton School of Law. He is a lifelong resident of Cocoa Beach, Florida.

Ken began his law career serving the needs of the indigent representing them in criminal matters as an assistant public defender for the 18th Judicial Circuit for Brevard County, Florida. As an assistant public defender Ken tried a wide variety of felony and misdeanor criminal cases.

He left that office in 1994 and entered private practice where he expanded his practice and skills to include some civil litigation matters. With the formation of Weaver & Dorfman, P.A. in 1997, Ken concentrated his practice to criminal defense matters.
